Ladies Big Bang

[personal profile] scrollgirl and I made a deal to each write 500 words of our [community profile] ladiesbigbang fics tonight, since she's left Sam stranded having stepped into a wormhole and not yet stepped out, and I haven't written anything.

Oh, I kind of hate you right now! My Halifax friend is in town and called me up this afternoon, so I got absolutely no writing done tonight! Will have to make up for it tomorrow. But go you! Wow, way to be inspired! :D

Excuses, excuses! I started off staring at a blank screen at about eleven at night going 'I have no idea where to start' but I couldn't face fessing up to not making it, so I figured, write something, I can always scrap it. And now I have scene 1.

I'm never sure if it's a good thing or not, but fear of failure, even hen failing really wouldn't matter *at all* is an incredibly powerful motivator for me.
