Ah, but that was the IOA, not the SGC. Since the SGC is now funded by the IOA, the Committee would've pushed Landry to declare him MIA if they didn't see results soon. But yeah, the bitterness might've still been there, considering the lengths the SGC went to with Jack in "A Hundred Days".
I still haven't seen the S6 ep in which Teal'c moves out of the Mountain, but I really should! Agree, the poor guy really needs to get more (Earth) sunshine ;)
