I don't always agree with *broken* Sheppard, but I always love it. This really addresses the why John got himself into the whole situation, and makes it that much more heartbreaking. The interaction between Cam & John is wonderful, and Sam's reaction is brilliant. it's not often where you find a story where O'Neill and Jackson are almost vilified, and it's a refreshing change.
