I know you don't read het, but there was one Sheppard/Cadman fic I really liked, set post-series in which they'd both left the Stargate program to fight in Afghanistan.

Sadly, I know of no fic where Cadman's just messing with Rodney and he gets the wrong idea, though now I *do* have a plot bunny for it, except it wold probably be less fun and more ending in Cadman fighting off his advances.
