so. as for sheppard/mckay, i don't even know where to start because you've done them so well and everybody knows that.

but i would like to say something to the other characters.

He’s greeted on the other side of security by a young marine, who grins at him like John’s the best thing to happen to him yet in a day that’s already been filled with great things.
so very good. this is like ford on the enzyme. only just a little bit of it.

also like the palpable sexual tension between ronon and teyla, without actually saying anything (or solving anything). and they ring very true.

and the trust and all sorts of unspoken feelings between the team reminded me of the firefly crew; i loved that one too.

also weir as some sort of maternal (very protective) figure i enjoyed extremely.

don't know much about the sg1 team but your story raises the desire to see more of them, maybe even on screen?

so, thanks again. this is actually the first story of yours i've read and i can't wait to read more.
