#1 - Yay :) Steely!Sheppard appears from behind his laid-back facade - the bit of gleaming knife-edge sliding out of the scabbard... I just love it when the members of Atlantis draw together to protect one of their own - I esp. love the little tributes left at the end.
#2 - Oh, love the domesticity! It's funny, despite them both being military in canon (and thus read hero/ warrior), I like that they can have a very comfortable feel to their relationship in fic - maybe it's just that Cam exudes a relaxed warmth... I totally agree that John would be able to find a home with him.
#3 two reactions: 1) eeeee! love the first time meeting/ UST, and 2) ack! Oh, John, you missed your chance the first time around - don't miss it again!
