You know that part where evil Daniel is talking about a restaurant that he assume Cam knows? And then he says something like, "Well that's where you and...."
My first thought there was always that he was about to say "Well that's where you and I went on our first date."
Although I like to think that Evil!Cam would not have stolen the ZPM if he thought it might hurt some other John. So he and John probably haven't hooked up.
