Oh this is gorgeous. I don't read a lot of femslash, but Laura/Katie always made so much sense to me - Katie obviously liked it when Laura kissed her at the dinner, even if she didn't know it was Laura doing it. This is so full of quiet moments and intriguing backstory, and it warms my heart to think that, rather than being broken-hearted, Katie is starting something new - really committing herself to Laura. It explains so much about why Katie was so hesitant with Rodney. <3
