I LOVE Cadman/Katie (and it makes so much sense, after Duet)! Have you ever read Cadman/Keller? There's a delightful little fic somewhere... lemme see if I can dig it up. Ah, right! It's part of shaenie and fiercelydreamed's five things series. Cadman/Keller is kiss #4.

I'm with you on Cadman/Lorne and Cadman/Rodney, though I really loved Cadman/Carson, I wish they hadn't actually broken them up in canon. :(

Really? Can I ask what the attraction is - I don't get it at all, though I suppose that may be because I can't really stand Carson.

I'm not a Carson fangirl or anything, but I don't hate him either. I don't generally write him, if for no other reason than I hate dealing with the accent (which, unlike the rest of fandom, I don't seem to automatically hear in my head).

I totally see Cadman/Katie! Heh, I'll admit here and now that I have a sneaking fondness for Cadman/Rodney (not that I have any burning desire to read Rodney paired with anyone). Mostly I like it because she would continually frustrate him, and he'd be like, "What? What? No! What?" and yet he'd be fascinated. I think partly it's that except for Sam, Cadman is the only female character we see who stumps Rodney again and again. (Though I'm *glad* that the writers cast a one-shot male pilot in "Grace Under Pressure" instead of Cadman, as originally intended.)

Hmm, I never uploaded those Cadman icons. Will have to rectify!

No, Cadman! I didn't know that - though it makes me happier about her just disappearing now, since the alternative was killing her!

I much prefer Cadman/Rodney that's all in his head cos she's messing with him, than actual Cadman/Rodney. She could do so much better!

Very, very true. I know you don't read het, but there was one Sheppard/Cadman fic I really liked, set post-series in which they'd both left the Stargate program to fight in Afghanistan. It was very different and interesting. Now if only I could remember the author's name!

Sadly, I know of no fic where Cadman's just messing with Rodney and he gets the wrong idea, though now I *do* have a plot bunny for it, except it wold probably be less fun and more ending in Cadman fighting off his advances.

Haha I agree on #5, especially the Cadman/Carson (he was too... boring nice for her. Although I've written Cadman/clone!Carson as messed-up fuck buddies.

Hmm, I think of all of those Cadman/Katie is the one I read most often. It's so wonderfully complicated.

3. Tosh/Ianto, maybe, under exceptional circumstances, and Tosh/Martha
4. Hmm, I guess the alien makes it a crack pairing in number 1, doesn't it?
5. Tosh/Jack squicks me, considering he basically saved her life in return for her working for him, it has skeevy power issues, and I wanted far more for Tosh to get over Owen and kick him in the shins that I ever did for them to get together.
