Responses to the questions asked about my ten characters, who were:

1. Laura Cadman
2. John Sheppard
3. Jennifer Keller
4. Cam Mitchell
5. Alicia Vega
6. Evan Lorne
7. Carolyn Lam
8. Ronon Dex
9. Teyla Emmagan
10. Aiden Ford

4 (Cam Mitchell) has been kidnapped by 2 (John Sheppard). Why; and how is the situation resolved?
Cam has been kidnapped by John because John has gotten sick of having an intergalactic relationship, and so kidnaps him and brings him to Atlantis, where he's convinced that Cam will fall in love with the city (or just decide he loves being with John) and stay. Fortunately for both their careers, Cam gently points out that committing a felony is hardly the best way to start the rest of their lives, particularly since John will be spending his in prison, and so they concoct a story about John being under the influence of alien drugs, and happily also get John a couple of months leave on Earth to recuperate. After which, it's anyone's guess what happens!

5 (Alicia Vega) and 8 (Ronon Dex) get stuck in an elevator. How do they pass the time?
I would imagine that their respective relationships with Keller come up at some point, and they spend the time complaining about how Rodney's not good enough for her and she should be with one of them, and then hatching a plan to seduce her away from him with a very hot threesome. Of which they never speak again upon escaping.

How would 10 (Aiden Ford), 1 (Laura Cadman) and 6 (Evan Lorne) get their band started?
We're in the au where Ford survives and joins a team with the two of them and an Athosian woman, so: they get falsely accused of something and flee Atlantis into Pegasus, where they have to go into hiding. Which means no jobs as mercenaries, or other things requiring their military skills, and they can't exactly make a living off Lorne's painting, so they hit upon the idea of becoming travelling mistrels, since a disguise is pretty much in the job description. So they trade something for instruments and take to wandering the galaxy making semi-beautiful music together, until Larrin picks them up years later and trades them to Atlantis for help fixing up a ship, not knowing that they used to come from there.

If 3 (Jennifer Keller) and 7 (Carolyn Lam) were taken hostage, how/would they escape?
I would think through judicious application of dirty tricks picked up from marines trying to impress them in the infirmary. Or guile. Possibly guile.

6 (Evan Lorne) and 8 (Ronon Dex) go on vacation together. What kind of vacation do they pick?
They contemplate something athletic, like climbing the highest mountain in the galaxy, but decide that sounds too much like their day jobs, or something really relaxing, like lying on a beach for a week, but decide they'll get bored. Instead, Ronon takes Lorne to some of the galaxies most respected art galleries, and Lorne feels deeply inadequate about having nothing equally cool to show Ronon, since they can't get to his galaxy in a week, until… well, I'm pretty sure everyone can figure out where this one ends.

3 (Jennifer Keller), 4 (Cam Mitchell), and 9 (Teyla Emmagan) suddenly find themselves in need of a large sum of cash. How do they go about acquiring it?
Criminal enterprise, I'd assume. Keller's the sweet, innocent seeming one who distracts the guards, Teyla fights off anyone who needs fighting off, and Cam outsmarts the security system. And then they ride off into the sunset in Cam's car, rescue whoever needs rescuing (I assume John, to be honest, and Keller just got caught up in the rescue plan by mistake) and, since Cam and John are celebrating his successful rescue, Keller decides now's as good a time as any to put the moves on Teyla.

What does 6 (Evan Lorne) do when s/he finds out 3 (Jennifer Keller) is having an affair with 8 (Ronon Dex)?
Well, there's the angsty version, where Ronon's with Lorne, and so it all ends horribly and Lorne's friendships with Ronon and Keller are irrevocably strained; or there's the happy one where Lorne's with someone else and is thrilled that they finally got together since (a) he doesn't have to listen to Ronon complaining about how much he loves her, and why isn't she with him, any more and (b) he doesn't have to keep pretending to like McKay so that Keller won't torture him during physicals. I'd rather have the latter, but we all know I'd write the former, if I could only actually imagine Ronon cheating on anyone, or Keller getting involved if he did, which I cannot.

2 (Jennifer), 3 (John) and 10 (Ford) switch bodies. What inappropriate things do they do with their new bodies?
That really depends on who switches with who. But if Ford and John switch, I think Ford enjoys having the chance to tell John what to do for a change, and John treats him with about as much respect as he does anyone trying to tell him what to do (ie none at all) and plots revenge. I dunno, I feel like there's some kind of odd pining threesome to be had here, but I can't quite work out what it is – something to do with someone being in love with someone but the wrong gender for that person to love them back… I dunno.

We all've heard the joke about six (Lorne) being afraid of seven (Lam) because seven (Lam) ate nine (Teyla). My question is: Did nine (Teyla) enjoy it? (cannibalism optional)
Now there's a Wraith retrovirus story waiting to happen… Teyla's supposed to go back to the hive she was briefly queen of, and they decide they need to send someone with her and somehow Lam ends up being chosen and Wriathified. Except because she doesn't already have Wraith DNA, she turns evil Wraith and feeds on Teyla. So no, Teyla doesn't enjoy it, and poor Lorne is apparently traumatised for life (as is Lam, I assume). Also-terrible joke!

2 (John Sheppard), 5 (Alicia Vega), 9 (Teyla Emmagan) and 10 (Aiden Ford) are roommates in college. Do they get along? Of the four, who is: the party animal, the studious one, the one who joins the GLBT alliance, the one who gets a part-time job.
Definitely they get along, they're all pretty laidback people, though maybe the age gap is a bit weird, and John and Teyla (PhD students, I'm thinking) find Vega and Ford's partying annoying (because the two of them bond immediately and become inseparable best friends). The party animal is Ford, I think; studious one you would think would be Teyla but is John, because him mom wanted him to get his PhD but died before he made it and so he has issues; Vega joins the GLBT alliance (and meets Keller); and so I guess Teyla gets a part-time job, teaching self-defence classes maybe.

7 (Carolyn Lam) and 1 (Laura Cadman) are forced to go undercover as a married couple. What happens next?
Oh definitely hot sex under the guise of maintaining their disguise. And then probably some sort of disaster that leads to them being tied up together in the basement and having to work together to escape. Which they do, and capture the bad guys, and still look good and exchange witty banter while doing it.

3 (Keller) and 5 (Vega) are dating/roomies. What happens to the dog after the breakup?
No, my girls! Clearly they meet to discuss who should get custody of the dog (not Keller, because she's always at the hospital; not Vega because she's always off risking her life at work – we're in an Earth au, apparently) and they end up talking out their relationship and get back together. For the sake of the dog – the separation would be too hard for him.

2 (John), 5 (Vega), 6 (Lorne), 8 (Ronon), 10 (Ford) are scouts. Who sells the most cookies and how do they pull it off?
Lorne and Ronon join forces to win – scouts are young when they're selling cookies, right? I bet the two of them were adorable kids. They turn the puppy dog eyes on people, and no-one can resist.

What do 2 (John) and 5 (Vega) realize, while having a conversation with each other, that they've just figured out about 3 (Keller) and wish they hadn't?
If it was anyone on the team but John, I'd say 'that they've both slept with her,' but I can't see that somehow. Maybe that they're both pining after one of the people in her relationship (John for Ronon, since this is a universe in which she falls for Ronon instead of Rodney, and Vega for Keller herself)

1 (Cadman), 4 (Cam) and 6 (Lorne) play strip poker. Who ends up shedding the most clothing, and what happens when 5 (Vega) comes into the room?
Excuse me while I contemplate that very pretty mental image… okay, I'm done. Cam sheds the most clothing, because Lorne and Cadman bond together to cheat him out of all his winnings (also, doesn’t he suck at poker, or am I getting him confused with someone else?) in the hopes of getting him actually naked. When Vega comes in, she's offended that she wasn't invited to join in and promptly strips down to her bra so she's even. Everyone is very happy when Cadman's the only one who seems particularly distracted by this.

Okay, now I want an AU in which all the Stargate characters are in Boy Scouts or Girl Guides (or a knock-off co-ed version of Scouts/Guides) and selling cookies and attending summer camp and earning merit badges. Like, Teyla and Ronon would totally get the making a fire badge, and Keller and Lam would get the making good bandages badge, and poor John would never get the good navigation badge!

The younger group by one level are Cubs and Brownies--that's about elementary school age.

And would get all stoically upset about it until Cam came and gave him a hug and promised they could practice reading the map together.

Omigod, I is ded from cute. :D
