bluflamingo: half orange with segments in rainbow colours (Default)

Does anyone actually read this jounral or am I talking to myself? I kind of suspect the latter... which may be fair comment since I hardly ever update it.

So, my resolutions:
1. Update this journal a bit more often
2. Finish my novel
3. Stop trying to force my two best friends to get on (if they don't care, why do I?)
4. Get a place on an MA course.

Those are actually pretty pathetic resolutions, but at least some of them might be achievable, right?

Also, for those of you who come here looking for fic rather than me complaining about life in general (who, me?!), I give you my Secret Santa fic:

Title: Making it Through
Author: bluflamingo
Fandom: CSI: Miami (S/D)
Rating: G
Disclaimer: Yes, they’re mine, did no-one tell you? OK, they’re not, but there’s nothing wrong with fantasy
Summary: Some days he wakes up and thinks he might make it (S/D pre-slash).
Word count: 2753

This is all part of my efficiency drive to have all the stuff I've written that's been published reachable from one place.

So, issues of the RESPECT charity e-zine that I've had articles in:

Computer centres & online volunteering
French RESPECT & essay competitions
Oru Refugee Camp
Bead for Life, with pictures
Awareness raising
Youth camps and universities
Off the beaten track
Refugee research
Unite for Sight
100 penpals and human rights classes
Computer classes
Picking up the pieces

Phew, I didn't realise I'd written so much for them!
