Which was nearly Agents of SHIELF - though I'm not sure what an agent of shelf would do, really.

Episode 3 didn't grab me particularly, though that may have been because I had a very glitchy feed which made it a little hard to follow. Also that I already knew the twist (and the ending), which was a mistake. I liked Ward mentoring Skye, and the tragic-backstory bonding, but there wasn't near enough Coulson/May snark.

Episode 4, I liked a lot more:
1. Skye hiding out in an attempt to recreate her van! Skye and Coulson bonding! I don't know what it is about their relationship that I love, but I love it.

2. Akela was awesome, wasn't she? She's like all the Clint/Coulson fanon about Clint and Natasha rolled into one person, and she's calm and smart and... I just love her. I want her and Natasha bonding, and her joining the Avengers (yeah, I know I said that about Mike, but they're both cool) and her getting a new eye that isn't evil.

3. Also, the actress who plays her looks so familiar, but doesn't seem to have been in anything else I've seen. Which is going to bug me until I figure out who she reminds me of.

4. Can someone please give Coulson a hug? He seems really sad in this episode.

5. I love Simmons acknowledging that, hey, actually? Being the biology person doesn't make me any good at impromptu eye surgery. Cos it's so true. Also, ick - I don't like eye things.

6. Ward, if that Ukrainian girls thing was the best you could do, I do not know how you got highest espionage scores since Natasha, cos you sucked at that. You'd have been better off trying to seduce the guy! (Though, Skye, stereotyping much there? What's next, she's wearing combat boots, she must be a lesbian?)

And that's all I've got, so I'm off to post my Avengers Fest fic, retrieve my kitty from wherever she's ninja'ed off to, and go to bed.
