OK, bootleg the kettle.
I swear, this is what the computer screens at work say when they're being rebooted. Only for a second, but they say it.
My superviser doesn't believe me.
Also, my university just moved one of my compulsory classes from Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday morning... because it's not like any of us could have jobs where we can't just move our shifts at a week's notice or anything! This better not result in me getting a threatening letter for missing one session of the class (I already moved that shift once, and my superviser is nice, but he's not that nice). If I sound overly bitter about this, it's because my department, while lovely in many ways, is always doing stuff like this - I think they forget that not all of us are funded PhD students, some of us are poor masters students and thus have jobs.
14valentines fic #3 (Sheppard/Mitchell/Lorne) is at 1542 words. Apparently, Lorne talks a lot in his own head when he's unhappy and/or nervous.
Either that or I'm accidentally channelling someone else while I supposedly write him.
#4 = Jennifer Keller backstory
#5 = Sheppard/Mitchell John in SG1 AU (is it still a one night stand if you can't stop thinking about him?)
After that... don't know. Too many choices, can't pick.

Okay when you write Cam/Sheppard I am reminded of this CSI fic I read once. I don't know if it's how you write, your sidle icon, or because I'm half crazy. I really do not know. But it's just this one fic and it just seems very Cam/John to me. It's actually a Nick Stokes/Sara Sidle fic too. Single chapter and if I ever find it again I'll share. The story starts out with Sara and Nick as sex buddies and just shows how their relationship develops from Sara POV. It's terribly amusing because Nick is just very slowly sneaking into her life and Sara doesn't even actually realize it. It starts out with toothbrush and clothes actually no it starts with him coming back from a trip and they don't have sex just sleep cause he's tired. Um spoiler for this next part. At the end she wakes up in the middle of the night freaking out and Nick wakes up too asking what's wrong and she's like "Oh my god we're living together!" Nick sort of gives her this "oh she finally figured it out" look and tells her he loves her. She kicks him out. I think that's what really made that story for me, was her reaction. Turns out the rest of the office knew and are sort of like "Girl what exactly is your problem?" at least Brown knows. After a couple of days though she realizes she misses him and apologizes. I think that's when the story ended. But your Cam/John fics just remind me of that story. Like they're slowly slipping into each others lives and just don't realize it until just BAM! They turn around and it's like they've been there forever. Really I had to mention it, I don't know why.
Also can I gank your Lover in the Doorway icon? I don't actually have a Mitchell/Sheppard icon and I'm rather fond of that one.
