Actually started my big bang fic. If 391 words can count as starting, since my counter doesn't even count it as 1%, though I did also:

- Watch Reunion, since it starts with that episode, and figure out how that would work without Sam.
- Work out a target for how much to write each week, and a super target for if I'm feeling efficient.Assuming it was done by the start of June, to give my beta readers a month, at 6000 words a week, I'd have 60000 words in total; at 8000 words a week, my super target, I'd have 80000.)
- Make some notes for actual scenes that might turn up. It's almost like having an outline. A really vague one, drawn in invisible ink.

I also, in a fit of stunning pessimism, called the file 'Here Goes Nothing', which I'm now a little afraid might end up being the final title. This is why I usually name the file after the challenge I'm writing for, or the general plot, until I come up with an actual title.

Go you! I haven't yet thought about how much I have to write a week. That answer is currently "a heck of a lot"

I like... I don't know, organisation, I guess. Or at least I like organising things instead of doing them - hence the reason I have a desk full of lists. Also hence the reason I have a chart for tracking how much I write, but only 391 words actually written!

I'm a little curious. How much feedback do you want in response to stuff? I've been trying to weigh in on only direct questions and assuming that general musings on plot are just that and not cries for help.

I really want to support this fic in any way you need, because with any luck it will be the crack that breaks the dam and lets in the flood of Flyboys fic.

As much or as little feedback as you want to give :> To be honest, for all that I go on about having no idea where things are going when I write, I still know if someone makes a suggestion or says something whether it'll work or not - which is kind of like a nice way of saying that if I don't agree with anything someone says that's plot related, I'll ignore it, but if it's something good, I'll ask for permission to use it. General musings on plot are just that, but they're musings in my journal because I don't mind people respodning to them (there's a lot of musing that never makes it in here, mainly because there's a lot of stuff where I don't want to know what people think about it yet).
