01. Full name Daniel Albert Jackson. He does't know why Albert; his parents died before he could ask, and there isn't an Albert anywhere in his family tree

03. Sexuality Daniel chooses not to subscribe to the gay/straight binary, and he hasn't yet found a descriptor that he thinks accurately describes his sexuality
