(no subject)

I don't know if it's a good thing or not that this is the second thing I've started writing and thrown out the beginning of. I'm choosing to believe it's a good thing, mostly because I just threw out the better part of 4000 words of Big Bang fic and can't tell yet if I'm replacing it with something better or not.

On the other hand, I did have one of those flash of inspiration moments on the train home today (while staring at an episode list for season 4, bizarrely) and now actually have a plan to go with the random scenes I know I want to write. I even have kind of an idea of what John's not-that-great plan for getting Elizabeth back would be.

I don't suppose anyone would like to/have time to beta a totally unrelated fic for me would they? It's for lgbtfest, about 4 1/2 thousand words, Lorne-centric gen. More plot details available if required, but I need someone to read it through and tell me if it makes sense - this is currently the fourth complete rewrite of this fic and I can't tell any more!
