Because I'm at work and have minutes to write and hence am very bored, and because my attempts at responding to this from other people have served only to prove that my memory sucks:

Part of being on LJ is inevitably gaining a number of LJ buddies. Unfortunately, as time wears on, it's easy to forget where all of them came from. Post this in your journal and have your friends respond with how they recall first 'meeting' you.

Or we could just say that I'm boring and one track minded. I think I friended you first, though, for your Lorne/Sheppard series. Which will be really embarassing if I'm mixing you up with someone else, but I don't think I am. I read the whole thing in bits and pieces at work for about a week, which infinitely brightened *that* working week.

It's entirely possible that's how it happened. I'm pretty sure I read some of your Cam/John stuff before then, but I used to lurk a lot before commenting or friending.
